How does the free trial work?
When you create your account you get 30 days of full access to the Your Farm plan (everything unlimited). No credit card. When it ends, choose the plan that best fits you.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your settings. Changes apply immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments securely with MercadoPago (Chile, in CLP) and Stripe (rest of the world, in local currency or USD). We accept credit card, debit and other available methods depending on your country.
Is my data secure?
We use cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, authentication managed with AWS Cognito (2FA), and full isolation between organizations.
Does it work offline?
The mobile app includes local cache for recent queries. Records sync automatically when connectivity is restored.
Is there a limit on simultaneous connections?
No. The limit is on registered users in your organization: 3 on Your Coop and unlimited on Your Farm.
